So wanna know what I'm having? Boy or girl?
BOY!!
Yep, I'm having a boy. People keep asking if I'm happy that it's a boy. Well of course. I didn't care whether it was a boy or girl, just so long as it was healthy. And He is. He's already adapting the ways of a lazy teenage boy. On the ultrasound photo he's laying on his stomach. Doc says that each baby finds their own comfortable position to lay in, and that he may settle in a different one later. I get another ultrasound done on Dec. 7th so we'll see how that one differs to this one. I can't wait to see how much bigger he looks.
Speaking of looking bigger... boy do I!! Well here's the thing... only my stomach has really changed. I've actually LOST 12lbs since I got pregnant, which the doctor assures is perfectly fine. So I look the same except that my stomach is really round and sticks out about a mile. I'm only 5 months pregnant but you'd swear I was 8 months pregnant or having twins. I'm absolutely huge. But like I said, my face, and the rest of my body hasn't gotten fatter or anything, it's just my stomach.
The baby moves around now quite a bit actually. Although I imagine that when he gets bigger and stronger he'll move around a lot more and with more force. Pretty soon he'll actually be keeping me up at night and waking me from my sleep. Gotta do his part to prepare me for the sleepless nights that are to come once he's born.
Ryan is actually really excited about the baby. It's cute to see him grow more and more excited. It's also weird because I won't see him for the last 2 or 3 months of my pregnancy. He'll be in Florida for work until the week of my due date. It's got it's pro's and con's. It's bad cuz obviously I won't see him for those months, and he'll miss out on baby stuff. But it's good cuz he'll make more money in Florida and baby means a need for lots of money. Plus, maybe we'll actually be able to buy a house when he gets back from Florida. Or at least be able to put down a good looking down payment on one. I wanna live in Tosa...
Ok, Gotta get going... I'm getting hungry so I gotta go see what we've got in the kitchen...
